Stretch, warm up exercise, let students know more about their own body, let the tutor to design different steps or figures for different level.

Second to Third Lesson第二至三課：
教授舞蹈基本步法及動作，練習二人共舞;
音樂選擇及建議，跳舞場地佈置建議，服裝選擇及建議
Teach the basic step and movement, and practice steps by partner.
Dancing music, dress and the stage suggestions

Fourth to Fifth Lesson 第四至五課：
教授舞蹈表演技巧，改善動作
Teaching techniques of dance performances, improve the skill of the movement
